Welcome to Doorway to Blessings. I am grateful that you are considering working with me and allowing space for intuitive insight, reflection, and spiritual exploration.
These Terms and Conditions explain how my services work, what you can expect when booking a reading, and the responsibilities we each have in creating a respectful and positive experience.
By using this website or booking a reading with me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. About My Services
Doorway to Blessings provides intuitive and spiritual readings for individuals seeking personal insight, reflection, and spiritual exploration.
Readings may be offered online or in person, as described on the website at the time of booking.
My approach is intuitive and personal. The information, impressions, interpretations, or insights shared during a reading reflect my intuitive process and are not presented as objective facts or guaranteed outcomes.
Every person and experience is unique. Your reading may resonate with you in different ways, and you are always encouraged to use your own judgment when considering the information shared.
2. Important Disclaimer
Intuitive readings are offered for personal, spiritual, and reflective purposes only.
They are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health services, legal advice, financial advice, or other qualified professional guidance.
I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions, and I do not guarantee predictions, specific outcomes, or particular results from a reading.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and personal circumstances. You are encouraged to seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional whenever necessary.
3. Eligibility and Personal Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a reading unless I expressly agree otherwise in writing and the arrangement is lawful.
You may decline to discuss any subject, ask to pause, or end a session at any time.
My services are intended to support personal reflection and spiritual exploration. They are not intended to make decisions for you or to replace your own judgment.
4. Booking Appointments
Appointments may be requested through Doorwaytoblessings.com.
When booking a session, please fill out the contact form, including your intention for the reading if you have one, and I will reply with details regarding when and how to meet.
Once the appointment has been agreed upon, a booking is confirmed when I have received payment.
For online appointments, you are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and access to Zoom or Whatsapp.
For in-person appointments, the location and any relevant arrival instructions will be provided before your session.
5. Fees and Payment
All prices will be displayed before you confirm your booking. Prices are stated in US dollars.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include a credit card, paypal and venmo.
If a payment cannot be processed, I reserve the right to postpone or decline the booking until the payment issue is resolved.
I will not knowingly charge you for a service that you have not authorized.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
I understand that plans can change, and I am willing to reschedule your appointment one time.
Client cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me at doorwaytoblessings@gmail.com as soon as possible.
My cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment: full refund or reschedule
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment: [ 50% refund or reschedule].
Missed appointment: one reschedule, otherwise no refund.
Please review these arrangements before booking.
If I need to cancel
If I need to cancel an appointment, I will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer a rescheduled appointment or a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled service.
7. Online and In-Person Sessions
If a session cannot proceed because of a technical issue on my side, I will offer a replacement appointment, an appropriate extension, or a refund where applicable.
Both parties are expected to treat one another with respect. I reserve the right to pause or end a session if there is inappropriate behavior.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
I respect the personal nature of intuitive readings and will handle information you share with me as confidential.
I will not knowingly disclose identifiable details from your reading to others except with your permission, or where disclosure is legally required.

9. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website, including written materials, descriptions, branding, graphics, and original reading resources, belongs to Doorway to Blessings.
You may access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Unless I give you written permission or applicable law allows it, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit my original content.
Any written notes, recordings, or other materials provided as part of a reading are intended for your personal use unless a different written agreement applies.
Nothing in these terms removes any rights you may have under applicable intellectual property law.
10. Website Use and Third-Party Services
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully.
You must not knowingly interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or misuse its content or services.
This website contains links to payments. I do not control all aspects of those services and am not responsible for their independent content, availability, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Doorway to Blessings will not be responsible for losses arising solely from decisions you voluntarily make based on your interpretation or use of insights shared during a reading.
I do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors, although I will make reasonable efforts to maintain its operation.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
These terms do not limit any liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to Services or These Terms
I may update my services, website content, prices, or these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be posted on this website with its updated effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated and legally permitted. Any material changes affecting an existing booking will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any agreement already in place.
If you have an existing appointment, the terms applicable to that booking will not be changed retroactively in a way that unlawfully removes your rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and the procedures available to the parties.
Nothing in this section is intended to prevent you from exercising any consumer rights or pursuing any remedy available to you under applicable law.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the extent legally permitted or severed as necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
